Of our three locations St. Martin was the first place that we planted our feet. We realized that although St. Martin was a place of luxury and opulence it was a practical desert of luxury dining and event services.
Our role since moving to St. Martin is ensuring that our clients are getting exactly what they need. Our offerings cover the entire spectrum of catering services. Nothing is too small, and certainly nothing is too large.
We have on staff thirteen in house chefs and a dedicated events coordinator who orchestrates all levels of the event organization. We coordinate villa rentals, music and entertainment, decor, staffing, and rental equipment. For us, there is no event that we cannot do.
Perhaps you’re not planning an event, but a casual day trip on the boat? We offer catered food-to-go, prepared day-of, delivered to your villa on time for whatever adventure you have planned for the day. It could be that you’re in town for a while, but don’t want to be bothered with planning or shopping for meals. Let our chefs do all of that thinking for you. Our personal in-residence Chef and Butler services guarantee that your time away on St. Martin is properly relaxing and restful.

We have a professional in-house event coordination staff that assists with each special event. Corporate seminars or conferences, family reunions, weddings, each one receives the care and attention of our special events staff to make sure that every event is memorable.
