Bertrand, I promise to put this heartfelt thank you in a more formal latter, but I wanted you to know – sooner rather than later – what an absolutely outstanding job you did for us on Saturday Evening. One of the best decisions our Gala committee made was to choose YOU for our caterer. You never disappointed us. You maintained your patience with all our random questions, concerns, and changes throughout the months of preparation. Your food was incredibly delicious. You wait staff were all attractive courteous and efficient. And you were always very well organized and well prepared through the whole planning – and execution process. It was a night for you to be seen and get known – and you performedat an A++ level. It will be a delight for all of us to spread our rave reviews of Fabulous Feasts Catering. Just a note to thank you and all your staff for the wonderful job you all did last night at Ann's Event.
Many, many people raved about the food and I, myself, can attest to that as well as the fine service.

On behalf of New Canaan Sports Council,
I would like to thank you for providing the delicious desserts for the
“Campaign for Fitness” which was held at Windsome Farms on
October 28, 2005. The party was a huge success and we managed to exceed
our fundraising goal. The proceeds for the event will be raised to renovate
and staff the Peter Deane Fitness Center at the High School.
The support and interest on community events by the families and merchants
in town is what makes New Canaan a special place to live. Thank you again.
